LOSING A WALLET

DO THIS NOW!! Place the contents of your wallet on a photocopy machine; photocopy both sides of each license, credit card, etc. In the event your wallet is lost or stolen, you will know what you had in your wallet and all of the account numbers and phone numbers to call and cancel.  Keep the photocopy in a safe place.

Here's some critical information to limit the damage in case you lose your wallet:

1. Cancel your credit cards immediately - the key is having the toll free numbers and your card numbers handy so you know whom to call.

      (a) Contact your bank(s) or financial institution(s) and report your missing bank and /or credit cards

      (b) Notify the Customer Service or Credit Department if you have lost a retail credit card or any other credit card.

TOLL - FREE NUMBERS  (as of January, 2004.  Some numbers may have changed)
