be a courageous
way to find support and address the challenges you are
facing.
Family Service Thames Valley
offers professional, confidential counselling in Middlesex
County. It is
provided free by the County of Middlesex for people who
have children and are experiencing financial struggles.
Our services include Individual Counselling, Couple
Counselling and Family Counselling.
In counselling sessions people can learn to
overcome communication problems, work through emotional
pain, identify inner strengths to draw on, develop
positive coping strategies, and find renewed hope.
When you call, the counsellor will answer your
questions about how our services work and ask you for some
background information.
You will have a chance to see whether you feel
comfortable with the counsellor and the services before
going ahead.
