Create job winning resumes with WinWay Resume

   With WinWay Resume Software, it is easy to target specific employers. You can switch between chronological and functional resume formats, change headings and fit the resume onto one page. A variety of themes are available to select formatting, indents, bullets and fonts to enhance your resume in different styles and layouts. It is recommended to avoid special features such as italics, graphics or photos.

  You can cut and paste text to and from other Windows applications.

   You may want to organize your resume to include: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, Objective, Highlight  Of Qualifications, Accomplishments, Employment, Experience or Professional Relevant Skills, Education or Training, Volunteer Work,  Interests, References.

     In your resume give examples of any transferable skills that you can take from one job to a totally different and unrelated job. Transferable skills may include:

Willingness to participate as part of a team
 
Concern about providing good customer service

Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly

    If you are  struggling to find the ‘right word’ you may want to include dynamic action words such as: accomplished, achieved, analyzed, capable, communicated, competent, consistent, controlled, coordinated, created, designed, developed, directed, effective, efficient, established, expanded, implemented, improved, initiated, investigated, led, maintained, managed, 
 organized, participated, positive, produced, proficient, profitable, qualified, repaired, resourceful,  specialized, successful, supervised, versatile.
