refunds will be issued if the QUEST Centre cancels a
course or workshop due to
insufficient registrations. Advance notice will be
given.

refunds are issued if the individual chooses not to
attend.

the registrant cancels prior to the course commencing, a
refund will be issued, less $15.00 administration fee.
