The QUEST Centre Community Initiatives provides the region    with a variety of government services information. To meet the needs of the area's population, the Centre carries various government application forms including:

• Child Tax Benefit
• Birth Applications
• Death Applications
• Employment Insurance
• Income Tax
• Old Age Security
• Passport Applications
• and many others

  As a service to the community, QUEST Centre personnel is also
 able to assist in their completion and to forward them to the
 appropriate government department.

 If a requested government form is unavailable at the Centre,
 one will be provided as soon as possible.
